1. Overview

By placing an order with our personal shopper service, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. We provide shopping and pickup services at theme parks such as Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any theme park, brand, or company.


2. Personal Shopper Service

All items are purchased on behalf of the customer based on the exact request submitted.
Availability of items is not guaranteed, as inventory at theme parks can change throughout the day.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives when possible.


3. Payment

Payment must be made in full before any item is purchased.
Prices include:

  • Item cost

  • Personal shopper fee

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping costs (if required)


4. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of personal shopping:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please review your request carefully before submitting your order.


5. Shipping & Tracking

We aim to ship items within 24 hours of purchase whenever possible.
Shipping timeframes may vary based on carrier schedules, weekends, weather, or holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled:

  • Shopify will automatically send tracking information (or we will send it manually if purchased outside Shopify).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as “delivered.”

Any lost or damaged items in transit must be addressed with the shipping carrier.


6. Service Fees

All personal shopper fees are non-refundable, even if an item becomes unavailable.
If an item cannot be located, only the item cost will be refunded.


7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate contact, address, and payment information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or closures within theme parks

  • Inventory shortages

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Actions resulting from third-party companies including USPS, UPS, or FedEx


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
